Tri-Co boys finish strong at EBF Tuesday

EDDYVILLE-Tri-County’s boys track squad was on the road at Eddyville for the Boys Rocket Relays held at EBF High School on Tuesday, April 25. The Trojans took sixth place in the Class B Division out of eight teams, scoring 31 team points in total. L-S topped the teams attending, followed by Sigourney, BGM, Ottumwa, Keota. TC topped Moulton-Udell and EV on the day.

            Grant Rauhauser and Tanner Lundy took 14th and 15th respectively for TC in the 100-meter, Lundy did take fourth in the 200, while Rauhauser took 12th. Cameron Krumm scored the most team points on the day for the Trijans, as he took third in the 400 and fourth in the 400 hurdles, while also running in the 4x400 relay with Tegon Fogle, Jacob Bombei and Brayden Monroe, taking sixth. That same group took fifth in the 4x800. In the 800-Sprint medley relay the Trojan’s Brandt Molyneux, Monroe, Aydan Bos and Fogle took fifth place on the day.

            Fogle had a fourth place finish in the 400, while Jakoby Williams and Juliano Bruel brought in 11th and 12th respectively in the 800. Bombei took fifth in the 110-meter hurdles. Warren Williams finished in 12th in the 1600. Dylan Seaton brought home the bronze in the discus with a throw of 104’9’’ while teammate Lane Williams finished in ninth place.
