Tri-County Spikers Finish With Two Wins

After not winning a match for each of the last three years, winning two in this season alone make the 2014 season a success for the Tri-County varsity volleyball team.

Wins over Maharishi and English Valleys highlighted a season that came to an end at Montezuma last Tuesday.

The Trojans stayed within striking distance of Montezuma (7-15) in the first-round regional match, but couldn’t manage to make the defensive plays needed to win.

The Braves got the win in three straight sets: 25-18, 25-14, 25-16.
