Athlete of the Week: Isaac Bruns

The athlete of the week for the week of January 22 is Isaac Bruns of the Sigourney Savages boys basketball team.

Bruns averaged 17.3 points per game in the three games the Savages won this past week. He had 19 in the win over Highland and dropped 18 in the victory over Tri-County.

The highlight of Bruns week was the game against the English Valleys Bears. Bruns filled out the state sheet with 15 points, 11 rebounds, five assists, six steals and two blocks.
