Brubaker and Heady Plead Not-Guilty

SIGOURNEY – Daniel Brubaker and David Heady, two men charged with multiple counts of felony child endangerment for their role in the 2023 hayride accident that resulted in the hospitalization of multiple children, both plead not-guilty to all 13 counts. Both defendants waived their right to a speedy trial. A jury trial has been scheduled for July 15, 2025.
