County Fair Queen Crowned

Natalie Smith of What Cheer was named the Keokuk County Fair Queen. She is the daughter of Scott and Monica Smith. She will be a senior at Tri-County High School. She has been involved in FFA, Student Council, Choir, Cheerleading, Track, Golf and Basketball manager. For the past three years Natalie has been a Peer Helper and  has volunteered at the What Cheer Food Pantry. She uses her talents for singing, color guard, learning the piano and she likes to help others. After graduating, she plans to attend cosmetology school.
