Evelyn Lee

1930-2020

Webster-Evelyn Josephine Lee was born Oct. 31, 1930 in Ollie, the daughter of Frank and Polly Irene (Estes) Hubbs.  She graduated from Webster High School.  On June 27, 1948, Evelyn was united in marriage to Harold David Lee in Sigourney.  Together, they raised their family and farmed near Webster.  Evelyn was a member of the Webster United Methodist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family and visiting with friends.  Evelyn died on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2020 at the English Valley Care Center in North English, at the age of 90 years.

She is survived by her husband, Harold of Webster, her children, Larry (Susan) Lee of South English, Mary Christy Lee Fuller of Webster, Barry Lee (Karla) of Sigourney, daughter-in-law Tracey Lee of Webster, nine grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Frank and Harold Hubbs, one sister Marie Ingle, her son Terry Lee, daughter Melody Lee, and granddaughter Sydney Lee.
