Keota Hosts Show Choir Festival

KEOTA – Keota High School hosted an Iowa High School Music Association Show Choir Festival on Feb. 3. The Keota show choir team, EagleRock!, performed at the festival. Songs performed included “I Don’t Wanna Go Home” (Soloists: Jake Morris and Dakota Dodd), “Home” (Soloists: Landyn Greiner and Elyse Lyle), “I’m Coming Home,” and “Coming Home” (Sololists: Luke Moeller and Dakota Dodd).

Other schools performing include Keokuk, West Liberty, Clear Creek Amana, Washington, Central Lee and West Branch. EagleRock! received a “Good” rating by the judges. Halle Heisdorffer, Emily Mahan and Jake Morris were named Outstanding Performers by the judges.
