Richland Fire

“On February 20th, 2021 at approximately 9 AM, the Richland Fire Department and QRS was dispatched to the 200th block of North Washington St in Richland for a residential structure fire. Firefighters arrived on scene to a single story residential home with flames showing from the garage area. All occupants and pets were out of the home upon arrival and with the help of Packwood and Keota fire departments, the fire was knocked down quickly but the home sustained heavy smoke and water damage. Keokuk Co Sheriff, Keokuk Co Ambulance and Alliant energy were also on scene to assist.”
