Sigourney’s Jake Moore and Brady Clark Selected to the All-District Second Team

Junior Jake Moore and sophomore Brady Clark both were selected to the Class 1A Southeast Second All-District team. 

Moore finished up his season with a batting average of 0.368 and 13 runs batted in. He led the conference in singles hit with 32 tallied on the year. Moore also finished tied with Caden Clarahan for the third most hits in the conference with 35 total on the year. 

As a pitcher, Moore allowed the third least amount of runs on the season with nine, and tied for the second least amount of earned runs with five. From the bump, Moore finished his season with 17.1 innings pitched, an ERA of 2.02 and 16 strikeouts. 

Brady Clark wrapped up his sophomore season with a batting average of 0.315 and eight runs batted in. He finished with the second most assists from his second base position with 48 on the season. He wrapped up the season with a fielding percentage of 0.919.

Moore and Clark will look to replicate successful seasons, when they return for their senior and junior years.
