KEOKUK COUNTY – Brett Little, a former Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont wrestling coach who pleaded guilty to sex abuse in October of last year, was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender. As part of his February sentencing over his sexual assault of a drunk college student while visiting Minneapolis in 2019, Little was required to register as a sex offender in both Keokuk and Mahaska counties and report to probation. On March 26, a warrant was filed for Little’s arrest in Keokuk County, with a warrant in Mahaska County filed two days later. Little is charged with three counts of Sex Offender Registration Violation, an aggravated misdemeanor.
