Athlete of the Week: Reanah Utterback

The Athlete of the Week for the Week of Dec. 9 is Sigourney girls wrestler, Reanah Utterback. 

At the Bill Rex wrestling tournament held last week Utterback was able to claim the 115-pound championship after gaining three wins, all of them came in the first period of her matches. Utterback was able to win the bracket which consisted of 11 total wrestlers. She was also one of the few wrestlers at the tournament that didn’t need to wrestle past the first period of any of her matches. 

The three victories at the Bill Rex tournament allowed Utterback to improve her overall record to 15-0 on the season.
