Amy Niccole Phillips (Thompson), age 46, of Sigourney, Iowa, formerly of Hedrick, Iowa, was taken home by the Lord, Saturday, June 10, 2023, her sons and other family members were by her side. She was welcomed to heaven by her mother and father and other loving relatives. Amy is survived by her sons Ethan (21) and Jayden (15) Phillips, both of Sigourney, two sisters and many relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, July 5, 6:00 PM at Enchanted Events, (formerly the Dumont Museum south of Sigourney), 20595 225th Street, Sigourney, Iowa. Fremont Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. Memorial donations can be made directly to Ethan Phillips at 27046 225th Ave Sigourney, IA 52591. The family would like to thank the staff at Keokuk County Health Center and the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics for their care and compassion.
