The athlete of the week for the week of April 29 is Ava Gerhking of the English Valleys girls track team.
Gerhking guided the Bears to a SICL Championship with first place finishes in the 100 meter dash as well as the 200 meter dash.
The News-Review would like to congratulate English Valleys’ Ava Gerhking on a spectacular week of play.
