The Athlete of the Week for the week of Jan. 6 is Keota senior Billie Kindred.
The basketball star started his week off with a 41-point game against HLV on Jan. 7. He finished the week with 76 total points scored. He also hauled in 40 rebounds. The senior would add six steals and six assists in last week’s games.
Kindred has already passed the 250-points scored mark on the season.
The News-Review would like to congratulate Kindred on his fantastic week of play.
