The athlete of the week for the week of May 20 is Josephine Moore of the Sigourney Savages softball team.
Moore mashed in the Savages 13-0 victory over Belle Plaine on Monday with a team high 5 runs batter in.
She added one more RBI in the Savages’ 12-0 win over Keota on Wednesday.
The News-Review would like to congratulate Sigourney’s Josephine Moore on a spectacular week of play.
