Athlete of the Week: Kennedy Axmear

The athlete of the week for the week of April 1 is Kennedy Axmear of the English Valleys girls track team.
Axmear took home first place in the discus event in the Jane Astor Relay with a throw record at 138 '0". This distance qualified Axmear for the 2024 Drake Relays in the discus event.
The News-Review would like to congratulate Kennedy Axmear on a spectacular week of play.
