Athlete of the Week: Sawyer Stout

The athlete of the week for the week of January 29 is Sawyer Stout of the Keota boys’ basketball team.

Stout continued to score at will, as he averaged 27.3 points with a shooting percentage of 55.97% in the Eagles three wins. His 55.97% is 3.6% higher than his season average of 52.3%.

He started the week off with 26 points against Belle Plaine then added 32 more in the win over Iowa Valley.

Stout capped the week off with 24 points in the win over Cardinal.
