The Boys are back in town

SIGOURNEY—Dust off your cowboy boots and get your cowboy hats on straight because the boys are back in town.

Lead singer Lee Klett and Bassist Jarod Conrad were picking and grinning for folks on Facebook Live and in person at Kim Reed’s shop “Market On The Square.”

The duo breezed through old country hits and a few originals.

Most of the band members are from the area. They record and produce their own CDs, and have been featured on KBOE in Oskaloosa.

The original that they debuted last night was a tribute to everyone that had ever worn a uniform; Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Police, Sheriff, EMTs and Firemen. The song is called “Worn.” They performed this song last night (Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2021). It has not been recorded at this time.

The Boys’ latest album is available now at the Market on the Square, where you can find consignments; overstock items, and their brand new album.

So don’t just sit on the barstool acting like a darn fool, or sit around the house with Georgia on your mind, head over to Kim’s Market on the Square and get some local flavor as you go dancing and shagging on the Boulevard.
