English Valleys’ Kennedy Axmear Named to ICGA Class 1A All-District Team

English Valleys Kennedy Axmear was selected to the ICGA Class 1A All-District team. She averaged 15.6 points and 11.7 rebounds per game on the season. Amxmear amazed all season long as she scored the third most points on the year in the South Iowa Cedar League with 344 total points. Axmear also led the SICL conference in offensive and defensive rebounds with 98 offensive boards and 160 defensive boards. She wrapped her junior season with the second most field goals made with 130 on a shooting percentage of 53.1%, which was the second highest in the conference. Furthermore, Axmear led the entire conference with 258 rebounds, and finished with the fourth most blocks with 32. Axmear will look to continue the excellence in her senior season next year.
