Savages Stay Perfect with 15-0 Victory Over English Valleys

SIGOURNEY—The Sigourney Savages made up for a rained-out game on May 30, when they hosted the English Valleys Bears. The Savages stormed past the Bears by a final score of 15-0.

The Savages had eight batters tally an RBI on the night: Caden Clarahan-4, Chase Clarahan-3, Reid Molyneux-2, Jake Moore-1, Cole McKay-1, Isaac Bruns-1, Lincoln Power-1 and Brady Clark-1.

Jake Moore got the start from the bump, and pitched a spectacular four innings with no earned runs on only one hit and eight strikeouts.

The Savages have started the season red hot, and have out-scored their opponent 56-17 in the six victories. 

The Savages push to 6-0 on the season, and will return to action on May 31 when they host the Colfax-Mingo Tigerhawks.

The Bears fall to 0-4 on the season, and will return to action on June 2, when they visit the BGM Bears.
