Sigourney Esports Club Finishes Spring Season 1-6

SIGOURNEY – The Sigourney Esports Club finished out their spring season with a losing 1-6 record, including 0-2 losses against Van Buren County, Williamsburg, Osage, Dike-New Hartford, Garner Hayfield Ventura, and Wapello. The team’s sole win came from a 2-0 match against East Buchanan on April 18. During the spring season, the club played the First-Person Hero Shooter Valorant.

“It was a good experience for the guys,” said Coach Nathan Kelly. “Had some young players step-up in leadership roles. Excited for next year.”

Kelly is considering playing Rainbow Six Siege in the fall, but is not sure yet.
