Sigourney Volleyball Sweeps Keota

KEOTA—On September 30, the Keota Eagles hosted the Sigourney Savages for a SICL matchup. The Savages secured the sweep by score of 25-20, 25-8 and 25-16.

The Savage offense was led by Josephine Moore with eight kills, while Reagan Clarahan had six of her own. Bailey Getter and McKinley Chittick also had five kills apiece.

On the other side of the set, Taylor Rozenboom tallied an astonishing 19 assists!

The Keota offense was led by senior Grace Conger, who had a team high 13 assists. 

Niveah Guttierrez finished with a team high four kills, while Izzi Chalupa had three of her own.

The Sigourney Savages pushed to 11-3 on the season, and will return to action on October 1, when they visit the Regina Catholic Regals. 

The Keota Eagles fall to 2-7 on the season, and will return to action on October 2, when they head to Lone Tree high school for a triangular.
