Tri-County Boys Takes Trip to Pekin for Puritan Relays

PACKWOOD-The Tri-County Trojans boys track team made the trek to Pekin high school for the Puritan Relays on March 27. 

For team events, the Trojans placed ninth in the distance medley with a final time of 4:28.75. The distance medley team is made up of Drew Fisher, Eli Molyneux, Keagan MacCready and Boston Roorda. 

For the individual events, Eli Molyneux placed seventh in the boys shot put with a farthest throw of 35-00.50. Jeremiah Seatton also finished 10th in the shot put event with a longest throw of 33-00.00. 

Eli Molyneux also finished in 14th in the long jump with a longest jump recorded at 16.02.00. 

Lastly, Drew Fisher finished 17th in the 200 meter dash with a final time of 27.10. 

The Trojans boys track team will return to action on March 30 when they travel to Belle Plaine high school for a meet.
