English Valleys Boys Fall to Lynnville-Sully in Second Round

SULLY—The English Valleys Bears visited the Lynnville-Sully Hawks on February 13 for the first round of the Class 1A-Region 6 bracket. The Hawks coasted past the Eagles by a final score of 75-41.

The Hawks stormed out the gate hot to the tune of a 50-20 halftime lead. The Bears maintained their ground in the second half, but were unable to mount a comeback as they fell by a final score of 75-41. 

The Hawks shot an astounding 50% from the field with a three point percentage of 40%. 

The Eagles conclude their season with a record of 5-18, and a conference record of 3-13.
