Five EV/TC Wrestlers Secure SICL All-Conference Spots

1st Team:

Anna Gorsh: 

Freshman Anna Grosch wrapped up her first season as an EV/TC wrestler with a selection to the SICL first all-conference team. Gorsch secured the spot when she pinned her BGM counterpart in the championship round of the 125 weight class in the SICL tournament. She wrapped up her first season with a record of 28-15. 

2nd Team:

Kadie Troyer:

Sophomore Kadie Troyer finished the inaugural season of girls wrestling with a selection to the SICL second all-conference team. Troyer secured the spot when she fell to Jaylana Shipley of North Mahaska in the championship of the 120 weight class in the SICL tournament. Troyer concluded her first season of girls wrestling with a record of 20-17.  

Josh Osborn:

Senior Josh Osborn wrapped up his final season with EV/TC by securing second place in the SICL tournament, which earned his second all-conference honors. Osborn concluded his final season with a record of 34-12.

Honorable Mention:

Luke Moore:

Junior Luke Moore secured honorable mention honors for the SICL all-conference teams when he placed third in the SICL tournament. Moore finished his junior season with a record of 32-16, and will look to continue the momentum next year when he returns for his senior season. 

Dillon Kapple:

Senior Dillon Kapple secured honorable mention honors when he defeated Jaden Beal of Belle Plaine by a 6-2 decision to place third in the SICL tournament. Kapple wrapped his final season for EV/TC with a record of 25-19.
