SK Soccer Drops Games Against West Branch and Albia

The SK soccer team had two games in the past week, and were unable to win either. The first game was against the West Branch Bears, while the second was against the Albia Blue Demons

The first game of the week was an away match against the Bears of West Branch. SK found themselves in a 2-0 hole after a half of play. The Bears kept peppering the net with shots in the second half, and netted three more goals. The Bears ended the day with 33 total shots with 15 of those being on net. The Savages fell to the Bears by a final score of 5-0. 

The second match of the week was a home game against the Albia Blue Devils. The SK soccer team dropped this game by a final score of 7-0. It was a tough first half for SK, as they found themselves in a 6-0 hole.The Blue Demons parked the bus in the second half, and held onto this lead en route to the 7-0 victory. 

The SK soccer team falls to 6-5 on the season, and will return to action on May 11, when they host the WACO Warriors.
